We offer refunds on any purchases of the services offered on our Website for the following reason(s) only: Canceled event, if a student is unable to participate in an event due to extenuating circumstances (this will be evaluated on a case by case basis), and/or duplicate purchases. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reasons other than those listed above.

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us anytime after your purchase. Requests can be submitted by contacting MBDA Online Support (via the MBDA website) or messaging the MBDA State Treasurer.
